A Typical Session Includes:

Centring & Intention Setting: Arriving in the space and connecting with your breath.
Qigong Breathing Techniques: Learning and practising correct diaphragmatic breathing to cultivate and circulate your Qi.
Qigong Meridian Warm-Ups: Gentle, flowing exercises to awaken the body's energy pathways (meridians) and prepare the joints for movement.
Core Instruction: Learning a core Qigong set or principle, with step-by-step guidance on posture, movement, and mental focus.

Example 4-Week Foundation Plan

A structured journey to build a solid personal practice

Week 1 — The Foundation: Principles of Sung (relaxation), grounding, and diaphragmatic breathing. Introduction to key meridian warm-ups.
Week 2 — Cultivating & Circulating Qi: Learning exercises specifically designed to gather energy and move it through the body's core channels.
Week 3 — Building Resilience: Introducing postures that build strength and stability in the legs and core, connecting breath to movement.
Week 4 — Integration & Flow: Combining the learned exercises into a seamless, flowing 15-minute sequence for continued personal practice.

Exclusive 1-on-1 Bonus

All private clients receive a personalised video recording of a 15-minute whole body dynamic Qigong set taught in our lessons, plus 1× downloadable PDF with instruction cues for your ongoing home practice.

My service fees are listed below

Travel fees: Within 10km of Maleny — No travel fee  |  10–20km — $15 surcharge per session  |  20+km — Please enquire for a personalised quote. We'll make it work!
Each session is 60 minutes. The travel surcharge will be added to the total package price.

Package 2: The Community Circle

Small Group Classes — perfect for sharing with friends, family, or neighbours

Hosted in your home or a suitable quiet space. Pricing is per person, per session. Minimum group size is 3 people; maximum is 8 to ensure everyone receives adequate attention. All sessions are 60 minutes.

Organise a group of 6 people for a session in your home, and your place is completely FREE!

It's a win-win: your friends enjoy a rejuvenating Qigong class, and you receive your session as a thank you gift from me.

How the Host Rewards Program Works:

You confirm you have 5 other paying participants (6 total, including yourself).
You provide a comfortable, quiet space in your home with enough room for everyone.
You collect payment from the 5 participants for the block of sessions at the 6-person rate of $30 per person, per session.
You are invoiced for the total amount for 5 people, and you participate for free for the entire block!

Example: A 4-session block for 6 people. 5 paying participants × ($30 × 4 sessions) = $600 total. You, as the host, pay nothing for your 4 sessions.
