  • The Five Elements in Practice: Weekly exploration of Earth (rooting), Water (flowing), Wood (expanding), Fire (circulating), and Metal (harvesting)
  • Core Qigong Forms: Learn foundational movements including Cloud Hands, Embracing the Tree, Parting the Wild Horse's Mane, and more
  • The Stillness Thread: Guided moments within each class to sense the subtle movements—breath, pulse, energy, and thoughts—that continue even in stillness
